I'm Ash - coastal loving, picsean with a big heart and love for all things creative.
What do I do? I photograph parenthood and everything that’s involved around it. All those raw, beautiful untold moments, from carrying your babes, those first fresh days, to motherhood, fatherhood, growing tribes and just parenthood in its truest, rawest, NO BS, most natural form.
My style reflects me, my way, and my nature, that means nothing too posed, nothing pretentious, forced, or unnatural. Just relaxed, and deeply emotive moments. Treasured moments that will be documented forever.
I love what I do, and ... more importantly it's about that connection and all the tiny details, the quiet moments we sometimes miss - the bumps and the longing to the bundle. Then comes the eye contact, the touch, the wind smiles, the folds. Someone once told me (may be obvious but...) one blink and it’s gone, or the moment has passed - so, that's enough reason to capture it for me. And more importantly, that's exactly why I love what I do. XX
